2. Lende Commentary. Heather Lende has found tourists are useful
for more than just the summer income: they remind her how lucky she is.
3. Maritime Refuge. A tour of the new Islands and Oceans center in

4. Petersburg Tourism. While many SouthEast communities rely on
cruise ship tourism, Petersburg is trying to draw independent travelers.
5. Little Norway two-way. Interview with organizer of Petersburg
annual festival honoring the town's Norwegian heritage.
6. Commercial Fish Open. The Copper River commercial salmon fishery
opens Monday, it's a much anticipated event. Host Wrap/Ellen Lockyer.
7. Nome Trees. Arbor Day is Monday; in some parts of the state,
having a tree in your yard takes a good deal of work - and is worthy of mention.
